"Searching For Sugarman"

1
Last week I went to watch "Searching For Sugar Man" in the theater. Its a documentary about the musician, Sixto Rodriguez, and his forgotten musical path in the United States; and his mysterious but tremendous fame in Cape Town, South Africa. Its a great documentary that sheds light on the travel of not only music, but the message inside it, and its power to cross borders and push political movements. Along with his beautiful music, I was beyond impressed by his honest and humble personality... I was happy to see this movie in Detroit, and hear many great stories of real life experiences with this man from local people. I definitely recommend checking it out!
